Acro Yoga Class & Jam
AcroYoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics, often performed in a partner or group setting. It involves one person (the base) providing support while the other (the flyer) performs acrobatic movements and poses.

Bio:
I love yoga of all kinds. I teach a regular class at Pause in Durango and fill in at the One Heart House in Mancos on occasional Saturdays. Acro yoga has been a playful way for me to connect with friends, loved ones, and our community and I want nothing more than to share that experience with you. Come fly with us and remember what it’s like to be a kid again!
