Opening Class
Opening Class:
An invocation of the 7 directions and an honoring of the original people of the land will be followed by a gentle, flowing hatha class to inspire reverence and connection with place and self.
Thursday Ecstatic Dance:
DJ Panacea selects heart-centered global grooves to inspire movement and emotion alongside the flowing waters of the mighty Animas River.
Brady WILSON
Bio:
Born and raised in the heart of the Rockies, Brady has called Durango his home for over 26 years. He teaches yoga at Yogadurango, makes herbal medicine at Dancing Willow Herbs, and (as DJ Panacea,) hosts a monthly Sunday morning ecstatic dance called Soma Sound Space at Stillwater Music and the Smiley Building, where dancers are encouraged to “Bring it all to let it go.” Through ancestral lineage and formal schooling, Brady infuses a sense of the sacred into all that he does. He is once again blessed and grateful to facilitate the opening ceremony of the Sangha Fest for the 3rd year in a row.
