Love is the Medicine: A Tantra Vinyasa Ritual Class
In a world so full of urgency, division, and heartbreak, this class is a prayer. A prayer for peace, for healing, and for the return of love as a sacred force that can change everything.
Love is the Medicine is a soulful Tantra Vinyasa experience blending gentle yoga, sacred breathwork, devotional movement, community ritual, and heart-opening music into a deeply embodied practice of radical self-love.
Through intentional movement, inspired guidance, and the alchemy of presence, you’ll be invited to soften into your heart, move like love itself, and awaken the divine within. As you cultivate more love inside your own being, you become a healing force for the collective.
This class combines Yoga and Tantra as a ceremony of remembrance, a chance to return home to yourself and offer your love as medicine to the world.
All are welcome. Come as you are—with your heart open, and your spirit ready to soar.

Monica Mesa Dasi is a Tantra teacher, love and intimacy coach, Bhakti yogini, and intuitive guide. She is the founder of Tantra for the People—a transformational movement dedicated to making sacred sexuality, spirituality, and radical self-love accessible to all.
Rooted in the belief that these three pillars can heal our lives, our relationships, and the world, this growing movement invites people everywhere to reclaim love as a way of life and become a global shift in consciousness.
A devoted practitioner with over 1,000 hours of yoga certification (RYT 1008), Monica has taught and led yoga for decades. She is the former owner of the beloved studio Yoga for the Peaceful in Crested Butte, Colorado. Today, she blends her mastery of yoga with the depth of classical Tantra, guiding men and women to awaken their sexual energy, embody presence, expand consciousness, and live with heart-centered devotion.
Her Amazon bestseller WithYou Forever: Surviving My Son’s Suicide, is a sacred oracle of channeled messages, love, and healing—co-authored with her spirit son Cheyne—and includes spiritual reflections, practical tools for moving through grief, and suicide awareness resources.
This lived experience brings a rare depth to Monica’s teachings, infusing them with compassion, courage, and unwavering devotion to helping others live with open hearts, spiritual resilience, and to walk their souls mission as a beneficial presence on the planet.
Monica is a presenter at festivals, retreats, and international events, offering both Tantra workshops and soulful yoga experiences. Her signature offerings include Tantra for the People, a six-month transformational course in sacred sexuality, spiritual embodiment, and radical self-love – which serves as the foundation and entry point into the larger movement. She also offers private one-on-one Tantra coaching, her beloved weekly Shakti Yoga Sadhana online class, and immersive retreats and workshops around the world.
A mother of three sons, Monica holds a special gift in working with men–helping them reclaim their confidence, embody healthy masculine power, and reconnect with the sacredness of their sexuality, infusing it into their intimate relationships and purpose. Her offerings create a healing and empowering space for both women and men, whether single or partnered, to come home to themselves and to love.
Monica is passionate about making Tantra accessible to all people as a path of radical self-love, healing intimacy, and expanded consciousness. She believes that personal and planetary healing begin with harnessing our creative power and returning to love as a way of life, where all beings can be happy and free.
Her mission is to inspire more love, passion, and connection in the world—helping people unleash their true potential and live with a soul on fire! You can find her surfing the waves, living near the sea and the mountains, and devoted to daily practices of love, service, and spiritual growth.
