Andrew and Monica have been working together as drum circle facilitators, teachers, and community developers in combined over 30 years of work. In that time, they have facilitated more than 5,000 wellness-based events for a wide range of groups, including tribal nations, federal, state, and county government organizations, hospitals, and substance abuse disorder treatment facilities and major health conferences .
Through their work, Andrew and Monica have developed a deep understanding of group dynamics and the power of music and sound to heal and transform. They have worked with a diverse range of populations, including Native American communities, government agencies, faith groups, festivals, corporations, and conferences.
