Yin Yoga: Relax & Rejuvinate

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. Unlike more active or dynamic (yang) forms of yoga like Vinyasa or power yoga, which focus on building heat and strength in muscles, Yin Yoga emphasizes holding postures for longer durations (typically 3 to 10 minutes or even longer) with minimal muscular effort. The aim is to achieve a deep stretch and release tension in the body’s connective tissues.
